The HNS Unit in Meycauayan, Bulacan, in response to Pope Benedict XVI declaration of Year For Priests, put up a streamer in the Parish Churchyard requesting the parishioners to pray for our priests. The Pope made the formal declaration last June 19 (Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). The petition prayer is that our priest may continue their apostolic mission, spiritual effectiveness, and they always remain faithful to their sacred calling.
It is the plan of the unit to put up streamers in all Barangay Chapels of the Parish so that the parishioners in the barangays will be informed of the Year for Priest.
